Remodelling with Purpose

Tailor's Touch works with garments that still have value, even if their fit, shape, or style no longer feels right. The process begins with an assessment of the item itself, so the design can be planned around the fabric, seam allowances, condition, and practical limits of the garment.

For remodelling projects, the studio prepares a clear concept before any work begins. That means you can review the proposed direction, understand what is possible from the existing material, and approve the scope before the garment is altered.

Give existing garments a new life through careful redesign, fit updates, and thoughtful upcycling.

From a single alteration to a full redesign, each project starts with a close look at the fabric, construction, and the result you want to achieve.

Upcycling can turn worn or outdated clothing into something more wearable and current. Depending on the piece, the work may focus on reshaping a dress or skirt, restyling a shirt or jacket, updating the fit of a vintage item, or reusing fabric for a new accessory.

The finish is reviewed again at collection, and any final fit check is handled with care. Where available, original thread and trim are matched to keep the result cohesive, but material availability is always confirmed first.
